You do not need the right words for this. Almost every message I receive begins with an apology for not having them. Write to me the way you would say it out loud, and we will find the rest together.
What happens when you write
I read it myself, properly, and I answer as a person rather than as a booking system. Usually the same afternoon, always within a day.
I will ask a little about what brought you here and what you are hoping shifts. Then I will tell you plainly which of the three I would suggest and why, or that we should wait, or that what you are describing belongs with someone who is not me. All three answers happen, and none of them cost you anything.
Nothing is booked unless you ask for it. I will not send a follow up, a reminder, or a gentle nudge some weeks later. If you go quiet, I assume you had your reasons, and that is the end of it.
Asking costs you nothing, and commits you to nothing at all.
